I am under the impression that a class action suit is going to be filed against the original law firm that represented silks from the beginning. My understanding is that the law suit will be about how this law firm was negligent in it's assessment of the value of the original company. The point is that even though the company doesn't have any assets, the
lawyers do.
If anyone in Utah or SF has anything further to add, please do.
