Gee Mama Bear, have you seen that the Wall Street Journal has accepted money to promote a stock price manipulation by way of dehypothecation? Not only that, they set a time to do it! Omigosh!!! That fulfills your criteria for "likely illegal"!!!!

Not only that, it's some person called Irwin Jacobs who has paid for the advertisement!

Whoa!!

Wall Street Journal could be for the high jump.
