Well...Wi-LAN itself is still a pretty good secret in the USA, and 4GNT hasn't exactly made wide-spread publicity its stock in trade...so that kind of leaves out the public. And that leaves it up to some real bright lights, the money managers. And even if Wi-LAN would appear on their radar, buying "foreign stock" is outside the prospectuses of a lot of mutual funds. They're drooling on the windows of your candy store!
