Do not speculate on these PP's. Get real! These private placements are offered to all shareholders who are willing to take the risks. The money received from those PP's were used to drill holes and that is why we are at this price level. I have been offered with PP three times in the last 2 years, one at $0.25 in 1998, and 0.15, and 0.25 in December and February respectively. Fortunately, I took the $.25 in February when it was trading in the $0.20-$0.34 range. I do not belong to any club of any sort you are talking about. I just kept phoning them for updates. There are so many sour grapes in this forum and if I see those posters, I just ignored the whole thread and never bothered to read. I only read a few posters such as Little Joe, Dan, and Cash Money. That is my choice.
