Overall Brown has much lower commission and margin interest structure, close to the lowest if not the lowest in the industry. Brown's webpage is relatively simple, but functional. I have used Siebert for around 30 years, but most of my money is in Brown now.

I have not had any Internet access problems with either company, and they also have good live broker service in case you need them, but the commissions are higher.
