Does this $10 system on a chip include licensing fees for any patent infringements that might have taken place during the design. Also I guess you'll have to include all those lawyer fees for patent searches to make sure you haven't infringed. And then there's those awful lawsuits that come up after your in production.

At what point do you say to yourself "I should have just bought that proven chip in that cluster design, and we would have already been making a profit!"
