BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2000--Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. (ART), the first broadband wireless Internet Protocol Service Provider (IPSP), announced today that it has completed a master license agreement with Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP), a real estate investment trust, giving ART access to 116 of Boston Properties' Class A commercial office buildings in ART's target markets including Boston, New Jersey, New York, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco.

ART plans to open four regional gateway centers in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Houston and Bellevue, Wash. (its headquarters) during the first half of this year, and to offer its carrier-class quality, broadband IP services in 10 new markets by the end of 2000. ART integrates broadband wireless, IP, and fiber optic technologies into a fully-redundant ring architecture in order to provide IP services at speeds up to 155 Mbps to Internet service providers (ISP), interexchange carriers (IXC), on-site service providers (OSP) and application service providers (ASP).
