STILL Suspended -- More deals to come: HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Ltd,
formerly Cheung Wah Development Co Ltd, will announce the acquisition of a stake in Lai Sun Hotels International Ltd, deputy chairman Yu Kam Kee said.

In an Apple Daily report, Yu was quoted as saying the company will also
announce four other internet-related deals, two in Hong Kong, one in the
Philippines and one in Malaysia.

The company requested a suspension in its shares yesterday. The stock is still using its old counter name, Cheung Wah.
