on-hold bonus! -- while you're on hold with W., put on the speaker phone and get great Bloomberg TV market commentary while doing paperwork, working at computer screen, etc. it's great at the office when i have some free time and a free phone line (and no cable TV). irritated me when a W. rep got on the line and interrupted a story. a couple of times today i just dialed up for a news update. had to ask reps to please put me back on "hold".
