chuca: called maxam a short while ago...dale was out but spoke to Dick Steves (sp)...mr. steves related that still in the process of getting audit completed and sounded a bit disappointed that it was taking as long as it was...got the feeling they thought it could be accomplished sooner...none the less he further related that all should be completed by the end of this month... asked about the nexland warrants....nexland also in the process of renewing registration statements which should be done within the next 30-45 days or so....these filings will free up the stock associated with the warrants we all hold...the march 31, 2000 deadline to convert warrants to stock for $1 has been extended until June 30, 2000.... rfb
