If what you are saying is that LMT might select LOR to build its satellites, I would have to say fat chance. Lockheed makes its own satellites and has always been a fierce competitor of Space Systems/Loral's. True, they have historically cooperated on minor subcontracts for a few million dollars (e.g. Lockheed built the momentum wheels for SS/L's GOES satellites), but when it comes to sharing resources (like, say, a thermal vacuum chamber), forget about it.

If LMT is about to go big time into the satellite services biz, Loral will end up being a competitor, not a supplier.
