Steve,

I'm still waiting to hear about Sorrento management. If you are right on timeline then we should be hearing shortly. A leak on an announcement or even a rumor of same could have contributed to move today. Have yet so see an S-1 or prospectus without a section on management so that should be first clue that IPO is around the corner.
