I just spoke with Paul L of CCGR. (forgive me but I can't spell his name.) He assured me that the SEC filing would be done on time. He said it may be close to April 1 but it will get done on time. A large firm was hired a while back and they are gradually moving towards resolution on this issue. GOOD NEWS!
