I have yet to hear of a Company that has used Reg S debentures that has rewarded its long term shareholders. I know that traders have made big bucks on these companies, but what about the investors? Do they ever make money? About the time the share price begins to appreciate significantly, out comes more Reg S dilution. The debenture holders make a lot of money. The traders make a lot of money, and the investors who bought into the company because they liked the concept, products, etc. are taken to the cleaners. I would like to hear of some examples of success. I'd like to hear that a company like microsoft started off with Reg S. From what I've seen so far, I believe Reg S is nothing but a scam. I saw shares in one company run up to $12. Then for no good reason the company began diluting its shares with Reg S debentures sending the stock south to $2.50. I know of another that ran up to over $8. Out comes the Reg S. Down goes the stock to under $2. If anyone knows of Reg S success stories, please share them here. If there are none, what hope do we have that SYCR can stand out as an exception?
