Just got @Home installed today... and I can honestly say that I was VERY impressed with the customer service! There was a sub-contractor here for TCI installing the cable and 2 guys from AT&T installing the software, internal card, cable modem, etc. They were very efficient and courteous. Had a small glitch at first, but they figured it out, and now I'm FLYING!! So far, I rate customer service an A+...They said that they are doing alot of installs for AOL customers, many of whom kept the AOL home page (I opted to cancel my AOL..been with them for several years). The difference in speed is super. Don't think I'll ever be using the 56K modem again anytime soon... Just thought I'd pass on my personal experience with the company... Best of luck SCOTT
