stock crunches--
Both Checkpoint and Ultrak are getting hammered today, after reporting that the merger between them is over.
But the massive price drops are probably more related to the earnings forcecasts by the two companies.
I find it hard to believe that CKP and ULTK are still trading close to each other in price, though. Ultrak's current earnings outlook seems much brighter than Checkpoint's.
