Any deal to sell Methanex will benefit all shareholders.
If Nova sells its stake it will have to make a deal for the sale of the whole company which should benefit all shareholders. It is interesting to note that Nova got its 27% stake from previous Methanex management for three worthless methonal plants in Canada, two of which have been mothballed and the last one is doubtful.
