Doug,

Given all the problems that have occurred with ebay's site the past 3 months, don't you think the auction count growth rate has been very steady? We have gone through the summer season and outages and the count hasn't flinched much at all. This points to tremendous underlying strength.

Have you made any new share purchases lately or would you?

The count through and after the labor day period will be interesting. Do you think the count can hit 3 million by October 1?
