DADL is a manufacturer and distributor. They licensed the TOP brand names, Cadbury, Ben & Jerry's and D for Tropicana, etc. Instant brand name recognition.

$1 in sales for DADL means $1 less for YF. You did not read the financial report where they CEO says demand is exceeding supply and they are currently ramping up more production. This company is in startup mode not dying from acquisitions fever like YF.

Come to think of it companies that have grand expansion plans by many acquisition, sooner or later fail. New Court Credit, Philips Enviromental are two that come to mind that had grand expansion plans but are now in the dog house.
