Dear Roy Van Winkle, yes a lot has happened since July 9, 1999. Cigarholder did something through the Pronetlink site and now Cuba is our 51st state.

Castro, being a new governor, was narrowly beaten by Jesse the Mind Ventura as front runner for the National People's Reform Party in the last round of a Battle Royale, which as you may be surprised to learn is how we hold elections according to the amendment passed hurriedly last year after the Y2K bug ruined every voting booth in America. Yeah, no kidding, it wasn't the computers that were affected after all!

By the way, there are no more TVs or computers, everyone just wears these really neat glasses.

So, how have you been?
