Not correct. 1Q99 was 44.8 MM. If VNTV shows 47 MM, there sequential growth. If they show $49MM, there's about $5MM in Q to Q growth.

Better to clear the decks to move forward - people and write downs. Also note that $47MM is equal to their biggest quarter ever; $49 MM is definitely bigger.

Old management botched this thing royally - new guys have been in there only 60 days and making progress. Probably have done more in 60 days than old guard did in 2 years.
