Option quotes filtered

After using Esignal for a week I found out that the option quotes are filtered so that only a contract with 100 contracts or more of volume will be quoted in realtime (for two days unless it continues to hit the 100 contract threshold), all others are the close of the previous day.

This screwed me up but good. It also took 3 phone calls to tech support (which comprised 2-3 hours of time being on hold) before one rep gave me the low down.

I am disappointed that it was not stated that there would be delayed option quotes and have to switch data providers.
